We offer a full and inclusive range of services to manage your project through all stages of design and construction. We are sometimes asked to assist with a project solely to gain a Planning Consent, or a Building Regulations Approval but usually we take the project through to completion advising on builders and contracts.

We are committed to making the journey from inception to completion as easy as possible.

We provide a comprehensive service for:  Bespoke new homes, refurbishments, conversions and extensions, Housing developments, schools and commercial developments.

As a consequence of our long-standing experience and proven design ability we are able to present our proposals with confidence to planning authorities and have expertise in the planning system. We also have proven expertise in building construction and a good working relationship with Local Authority Building Control.

Our initial visit to discuss your project is free.  Following this we will prepare our fee schedule based on your brief.

Work then progresses through the RIBA Work Stages to completion.  It is normal to engage your architect for full services, but the choice is yours.  If you only require up to stage F then we can accommodate that.
