These holiday lodges were the start of a group of 15 that were to accompany the development of a cultural centre providing exhibition space and workshops for local artists. Unfortunately funding has become a problem and development has stopped.
The lodges are contemporary timber framed with high levels of insulation, sedum flat roofs and air source heat pumps. The living spaces connect with the timber terraces with sliding folding glass screens.
