We have introduced a service called ‘Architect on the Spot’ where we offer advice on design potential and produce concept ideas with sketches on the spot.

It makes sense for projects such as refurbishments, alterations and extensions, or if you are thinking of buying a property or plot but want to explore the potential before committing.  It certainly reduces administrative and travel overhead and there’s nothing like a good ‘brainstorm’.

The prices given are essentially based on an estimate of the time taken for the visit and if you want to spend additional time this can be arranged on the spot.

If it looks like the project has good potential and is to progress into more detailed design we can offer a more traditional service back in the office with a structured fee proposal.  In this instance the cost of the ‘architect-on-the-spot’ service will be taken into account in the new fee proposal.

*VAT at current rates. Free delivery within a 20 mile radius from our offices at Catchfrench, near Liskeard.  Travelling costs will apply for further distances see T&Cs.
