Town Parks, Totnes

The project was to include a garden centre within the development having an area of approximately one hectare and the siting is likely to be adjoining the existing two fishing lakes. The garden centre will operate a farm shop and a café.

A very large match fishing lake is to be developed in the lower field around the ash tree. The project is to include a number of fishing lodges, which may be used the fisherman and their families whilst on holiday.
