Client Feedback:

"I find it difficult to express how helpful Catchfrench Design have been to us on our project, put simply they have been fantastic and we couldn't have done it without them! Andy Lolley and Paul Melling are professional, intelligent, challenging, supportive and highly innovative.

We started with not much more than a weak design brief with some pictures of our family and Andy and then Paul were able to take that and turn it in to a really positive dialogue which ended some months later in our dream home. They put up with our myriad of silly questions and guided us through design, planning, contracts, build, practical completion and beyond, their patience has been incredible! There is so much we could say but let me just add a few more words to describe our experience of Catchfrench - expert, responsive, genuine and fun. We are happy for Andy or Paul to give anyone our mobile numbers if they need more ........"

Pentyak, Higher Harlyn

The initial brief involved upgrading the thermal insulation of the external walls and opening up the kitchen, lounge and dining areas to each other and the view. The middle of the house was quite dark, so we were also tasked with getting more natural light in. The proposal also involved converting the garage into a games room/teenage bedroom with en suite that doubles as wet room.  Bathrooms were upgraded and improvements made to the entrance arrangements.  The most significant improvement was the insertion of stairs to create two first floor bedrooms each with en suites.  The northerly bedroom having views over the sea and access to a small balcony area.  Our clients were also keen to review sustainable energy sources.

Completed in July 2014.
