The shift in emphasis towards greater sustainability is a significant driving force in our desire to create the New Cornish Vernacular which can be seen in our ever evolving portfolio. Good design will also make best use of your money and avoid unnecessary expense and waste.

Services

We offer a full and inclusive range of services to manage your project through all stages of design and construction. We are sometimes asked to assist with a project solely to gain a Planning Consent, or a Building Regulations Approval but usually we take the project through to completion advising on builders and contracts.

We are committed to making the journey from inception to completion as easy as possible.

We provide a comprehensive service for:

Bespoke new homes, refurbishments, conversions and extensions, Housing developments, schools and commercial developments.

As a consequence of our long-standing experience and proven design ability we are able to present our proposals with confidence to planning authorities and have expertise in the planning system. We also have proven expertise in building construction and a good working relationship with Local Authority Building Control.

This practice is one of the longest established in the United Kingdom which with the exception of the period during the First World War has continued from 1837 to the present day.
