10th May 16  We have upgraded to Revit 2017 
11th Mar 16 18 Belle Vue Road, Saltash (our new home) is officially opened. 
4th Dec 15  We moved into our new premises in Saltash, closer to civilisation, and with a fast broadband connection.  The office now has views across the river Tamar and up to Dartmoor.  As well as moving we have re-named ourselves CFD Architects.
15th Nov 16 Congratulations to school student Ryan Barriball on his first prize in the RIBA Cornwall Inette Austin-Smith Work Experience Student.  The hard work in your week with us in July paid off.
12th Jun 15 Three Catchfrench Design projects are finalists in the LABC South West (Cornwall, Devon and Dorset).  Sunnyside at Downderry, Church Lane in Padstow, and Pentyak in Higher Harlyn.  Pentyak was also highly commended.  Andy went along on the night to pick up the awards on the stage. 
29th May 15 We say farewell to Sue, and wish her many years of happy retirement. 
14th Nov 14  Once again Catchfrench Design were at the Cornwall Architectural Trust annual lecture and dinner with guest speaker Piers Taylor (and with the Work Experience competition display for 2014).
9th Oct 14  Three days of 3D Studio Max training completed. 
25th Sep 14  Conservation CPD completed including a trip up the outside of Truro Cathedral. 
2nd July 14  Andy Lolley has been contributing to the Design Review Panel again today. 
1st April 14  RIBA President visiting Cornwall.  Jane Hamlyn was there to meet him.
25th July 13  Jane Hamlyn has been selected as the next RIBA Cornwall Branch Chairman starting in September 2014.
14th May 13 We switched over to using Autodesk Revit 2014 design software.
22nd Mar 13  Catchfrench Design hosted the Cornwall BIM Surgery with Andy Lolley and Steve Race leading the discussion.
27th Feb 13 Andy Lolley gave a presentation on BIM for the Small Practice at the RIBA CPD day in Truro. (more details)
4th Dec 12 North Point has been featured in the Cornwall Design Guide
16th Oct 12 Judging has taken place for the RIBA Cornwall Branch Work Experience competition 2012.  Results to be announced soon.  See the judges here
8th Jun 12  Our project at Trevone, Upper Dobbin Close, was a finalist in the 'Best conversion' category at the South West Regional Local Authority Building Control Awards.  See photos here.
30th May 12  The RIBA Cornwall Branch Work Experience competition for 2012 has been launched, and it has an Olympic theme! 
17th May 12  Ask an Architect at Green Build Cornwall event at the Eden Project (more details)

18th Nov 11 Our work experience student, David Speare, was announced as achieving second place in the 2011 RIBA Work Experience Competition at the annual Cornwall Architectural Trust lecture and dinner.  Well done David!
1st Nov 11 Catchfench Design hosted a CPD seminar by Wedi Boards for local businesses
19th Oct 11 The Cornwall Skills at Redruth saw many businesses and organisations attend and share there skills and knowledge.  Catchfrench Design supported the RIBA Cornwall stand. (details of the event)
29th Sept 11  Visit to Melbur Quarry (Aggregate Industries) for a tour of the Masterblock works and presentations on various products. (photo)
