Beechwood Barns, Sparkwell

The practice was commissioned by Dart Developments to develop a residential scheme which provided for the conversion of the two main agricultural barns on land adjoining Beechwood House, and to accommodate a single new residential unit.

The proposal illustrated was to gain the benefit of Planning Permission. This practice carried out the essential infrastructures and site development works, and the two barns and single building plot were then sold off. The design then constructed only vaguely resembles the original proposal.
